Everything is okay!

I'm going to tell you a story about my morning thoughts. I guess some might say what an imagination I have, while others wouldn't think I speak such craziness. But if it is my imagination, I'm thankful for it, I tell ya. It keeps me sane. And if does have some truth or is completely true, it warms my heart.

This morning, I woke up and headed right to the shower, as I always do. In the shower, I thought about my Aunt Polly and I wondered how she is doing up there. I wondered just how late her and Granny stayed up last night! :) When I came out into the living room, my Granny's clock dinged. The first thought that came to me was my Granny saying, "Letisha, I know you've been wondering about your Aunt Polly. Well, let me tell you, after talking to her last night and watching her sleep right now, I see that she will fit in perfectly up here. Just as she was when I knew her on Earth, she is determined. And now, unlike the Earthly Polly, my sister is now peaceful. She is going to wear her wings well, especially with me as her trainer! ;) " That was that. It was a fairly short thought that took much less time to think that type out in this blog. But this thought was so profound. It will carry me through my day. It is so great how when my Granny knows I need something (questions answered, support, reassurance, or whatever), she is there for me.

A few minutes ago, I looked through a some pictures and found this one. It is of my Aunt Polly and her husband, Homer. Today, they will be reunited after many, many years apart. :)

Your thoughts are right on it! That is Gran for sure. She is definitely still doing what she always did - look out for her loved ones.
