Tea and bacon

Just a quick blog because something funny just happened.
Last night at dinner I told Tish that I wished I had some iced tea with my meal. She offered to make me some, and said that she needed to take the tea bags out of the cabinet so she won’t forget.
Tish is getting some tests done today so therefore she cannot eat after breakfast. Being the nice husband that I am, I told her that I would make her some bacon (her favorite kind). After taking a shower, I cleaned the frying pan I used last night in preparation to cook the bacon. And then I realize that I need to iron my work clothes… So as I was plugging in the iron, Tish said, “The bacon sizzling yet?” I said, “Oh no! I forgot! Doing that right now!” I started to bust the bacon out, and said, “How is my iced tea coming?!” We both looked at each other and couldn’t not stop laughing for the next 5 minutes! In case you wonder, the tea bags have not been touched since she took them out last night.
