Pregnancy NEEDS.

I was out and about all day yesterday. I went to the post office, Petsmart, and everywhere in between! It was a fun but very full day! It was a bit too warm out, but the fresh air did me some good. While shopping recently with our friend, Anne, and her two year old daughter, Rachel, she told me that one day I’ll know where the elevator is in every single store! I can definitely picture that because at this point in time, I know where every store’s bathroom is! I know where they are located, whether or not I can rely on them to be clean, etc! I didn’t count how many times I had to find a restroom, but I know it was a lot! From what I understand, you have to go to the bathroom so much in the beginning of your pregnancy because of all the extra fluids in your body. I’m pretty sure I’m passed that and have moved on to the simple reasoning of the baby taking up a good bit of room in there!!!!! And not to mention the fact that he now kicks and moves about!! :)




Now let me tell you a story about URGENCY…I don’t think I ever remembered to tell Ray this one! Anyway, about a month or so ago, I was in CVS. I really had to go! So, I hurriedly walked to the back of the store, where the restrooms are always located. There were two sets of mystery double doors but no restroom!!! No door was distinct from the other. They both said, “Employees Only”. In the past, I have been to stores where the bathroom is not advertised. When you ask someone, they end up instructing you to go behind the “Employees Only” door to find it. Since I didn’t feel I had the time to go find an associate, I thought I’d just pick a door and hope to the hell that the prize I was looking of (a bathroom) would be on the other side! I put my hand on the door and pushed in. As soon as I did, an alarm started sounding!!!! A manager quickly came over to see what was going on. I stood there not feeling a bit embarrassed (even though everyone in the store was looking at me) because I just wanted to PEE! Is that a crime?! I explained that I was in search of a restroom. He smiled and walked me to the restroom that was in a little hidden area next to the pharmacy! :)
